How To Use GTBank 737 Cardless Option

Gtbank brings you its new Bank 737 an avenue were you could do banking activities on your phone, you can also send payment to someone while they use the generated reference code on any GT-Bank ATM to Cash-Out.

To Use
Dial *737# on your phone and follow the menu, its very interactive don't panic, Bank 737 puts you through options like checking Account balance, Money Transfer, and more.

#Option 1--- To The Receiver

In a case where someone sent you money through the cardless option all you need is the reference code for the transaction and the amount the person sent.
After getting a code containing the reference number that you'll need to Cash Out.

Just go to the nearest GT-Bank ATM and press any key on the machine and go to the GT-Bank CashOut Option.

You'd be asked to input the reference number. Do that and proceed.

Then you'll be asked to press the amount and then the last four digit of the reference number.

Note: Read questions carefully as what we say may differ from the machine's coded instruction. But its interactive.

#Option 2--- To The Sender

To Enable cash-out from your account -ATM
on to your account on the Mobile Log.

To Enable cash-out from your account - ATM
Log on to your account on the Mobile Money app. Or Select “My Account” on the SIM menu.

Initiate a cash out request from your phone.

Select Cash Out Then Select “From ATM”

Type the amount you wish to withdraw and Enter your Account PIN.

You would get a message with a Fund Access Code (FAC) that would enable you cash out from an ATM.

Visit any GTBank ATM
Select ‘Cardless Withdrawal’

Enter the Amount, your Phone Number, The Fund Access Code (FAC) and your Account PIN

Your cash is dispensed app. Or Select “My Account” on the SIM menu
Initiate a cash out request from your phone.

Select Cash Out Then Select “From ATM”
Type the amount you wish to withdraw and Enter your Account PIN.

You would get a message with a Fund Access Code (FAC) that would enable you cash out from an ATM.

Visit any GTBank ATM
Select ‘Cardless Withdrawal’
Enter the Amount, your Phone Number, The Fund Access Code (FAC) and your Account PIN

Your cash is dispensed.
